We have stocked the Rainbow Professional product range for a number of years now and have always found they offer a first class service in both terms in product range and delivery turnarounds, backed by a knowledgeable sales team. Initially we used Rainbow primarily for their excellent tree care products but the range offered now has expanded considerably since those early days, with the variety of products now on offer the envy of others in the market.
We initially stocked their tree ties, strapping and spirals but now offer their full range of products including the aluminium lawn edging system, metal tree protectors and ground reinforcement systems which means we have a greater offering for our customers too. Should we have an urgent order to process then Rainbow are always there to help us out, they have good stock holding levels and the flexibility to react quickly to urgent requests, sometimes very late in the day.
They have established excellent carrier networks and offer a next day service on both pallets and parcels should this be required. Rainbow also have a green ethos and use recycled products in many of their processes which we feel is very important within this industry.
